If you're looking for a quiet cottage vacation, look no further. Our 4 bedroom cottage features all of the latest amenities and is situated on a peaceful, stunning lot with 200 Ft of beachfront frontage. The cottage has 4 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a state of the art kitchen. You'll enjoy having meals in our kitchen overlooking the gorgeous lake views and sunsets.
In the evenings, you can relax in our family room and watch a movie on the DVD or just enjoy our satellite cable. If you're into gaming, I'm sure you will have hours of fun on our pool table.

A Typical Day

After spending a day on the waterfront, swimming and playing on the beach, you can get ready for an incredible BBQ dinner. Our patio is complete with a table that seats 10 and offers an impeccable setting for a family BBQ. As the sun comes down, you can enjoy your meal while watching a gorgeous sunset.

After dinner, make sure to bring your marshmellows down to the beach for a campfire

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

The waterfront and out lot is the fantastic for enjoying the water. The lot is very level with a nice grass lawn perfect for playing football or chasing after the kids. The water has a shallow entry and a pristine white sand beach - Perfect for the beginner swimmer. As you walk out into the lake the water gets deeper and offers excellent calm swimming conditions.

The area has an abundance of things to see and do in winter, the list is long with something for every taste and interest. Visit a museum, hike a pristine trail, star gaze, relax in front of a roaring fire, harness a dog sled, tube down a snowy white hill, shop for that perfect piece of art, get up close and personal with wildlife, pamper yourself at a spa, give your taste buds a treat, photograph stunning winter vistas, or enjoy one of the many events and festivals. Whether you feel like being outdoors or indoors, whether you are a beginner or an expert, whatever the season, whatever the budget, the area has something for everyone.

This Vacation Rental Agreement (this Agreement), dated , is entered into by the Guest specified above (you), in favor of Utah Vacation Homes, LLC. a Utah limited liability company (UVH or we), as agent for the owner of the Property (as defined below). Reservation/Term. You hereby reserve the Property, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Property has been reserved by you from 4:00 p.m. on (the Arrival Date) until 10:00 a.m. on (the departure date). Deposit. Your reservation is secured by a deposit (Initial Payment) made by you, which is equivalent to two (2) night(s) stay If the terms of this Agreement are met, UVH will apply the Initial Payment to your Rental Fee (as defined below). UVH will retain any interest earned on the Initial Payment. Guest Policies. By executing below, you acknowledge that you have received the Guest Policies of UVH attached hereto as Attachment A, and that you have read and understand such policies. By executing below, you agree that you and your Permitted Invitees (defined below) will be bound by all terms and conditions of the Guest Policies. Prohibitions on Use. The Property is to be used by you, and any and all invitees, relatives, friends, or individuals who access, use, occupy or enter the Property (your Permitted Invitees) for general vacation purposes only. By executing below, you agree that you and your Permitted Invitees will not use the Property for hosting weddings, parties or other similar large gatherings. In addition, this Property is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Smoking inside the Property, housing any pet, hosting large gatherings, parties or weddings, or any other damage caused by you or your Permitted Invitees to the Property will result in a damage fee, which will be debited from your credit card.

Cancelation Policy

Reservations cancelled at least 10 DAYS prior to stay will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $2 per day from the booking date until the cancellation date, with a minimum of $45.50 and a maximum of the deposit received. We regret that for cancellations less than 10 DAYS prior to stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
