I stayed at Tall Trees 1 with my family this summer(2011).The house itself is quite nice. The beach is essentially non existent. The dock behind the main house is shallow, muddy and full of plant life: essentially not fit for swimming. The other beach is tiny and all but inaccessible. The dock house, the volleyball courts and the fire pits were quite nice.
My biggest complaint is that despite receiving several assurances that we would receive our deposit back, that all had checked out at the final inspection and that the check was in the mail (twice), I still haven't received a penny. The excuses were that there was a new billing accounting system in place . Then it was the canadian mail. Then they stopped taking or returning phone calls or email.
We paid in a timely manner .. I would have hoped they would have extended the same courtesy.
