Regina Beach, Saskatchewan

Regina Beach, Saskatchewan

The town of Regina Beach is located in the south-central part of the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It was originally conceived as a village in 1920, and it became the town it is today in 1980. Regina Beach's population is always in flux, since it is such a popular summer spot - it's population is relatively low the rest of the year.

Cottager's Delight

If you're coming from Saskatoon (as many do), get onto highway 54 and drive down to the Last Mountain Lake. In the summer, prepare for traffic because the town is hopping!

At 70 km long, Last Mountain Lake, or as many call it "Long Lake," is abundant with fun family-friendly resorts. There are numerous beaches on the Lake's shores, including Grandview Beach, Eldora Beach, Saskatchewan Beach, Buena Vista, and more.

Fish and Chips Galore!

When in Regina Beach, check out Butler's Blue Bird Café for a great local meal. Their famous fish and chips have kept this restaurant thriving since 1928.  They're open from Victoria Day long weekend in May until Thanksgiving weekend in October.
