A deposit of $200 is due prior to the Check-In Date.
The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Checkout Date
provided no deductions are made due to:
ii). dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
i). damage to the property or furnishings;
iii). any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay;
iiii). $100 penalty for guest checking out past the check-out time (12:00PM EST).
