This beautiful 3 bdrm, 2 bathroom home, is situated on a mid size lake in a quiet area only five minutes from Morin Heights village and 12 minutes from St. Sauveur and all of the associated skiing, snowmobiling, boating and swimming areas(under one hour to Mont Tremblanc). The upper floor has a magnificent two floor master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling. There is another medium size bedroom & a full bathroom, an open galley kitchen and living room, dining room area in a space that is approx.30ft. by 20ft. Huge windows look onto the lake and there is leather sofas and antique furniture, in a completely panelled room. There is a fireplace and the house is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances plus there is a satellite dish. The upper floor has a 100 ft. wrap around balcony with a table, meny chairs & a BBQ.
Beautiful Waterfront Getaway
The house has great books, lots of games and beautiful art (I used to live in this house for years). The lower floor has two storage areas, a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower & a second living area which has two pianos in it. The floors are all hardwood. The heating system is dual oil & electric. There is an artesian well for the best water anywhere.
Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities
Beautiful , private quiet bay just feet from the house. Have rowboat , paddle boat and a canoe. No motor boats to disturb you. 2 Great beaches to drive to or go to on the water across the lake a short ride away. For more exciting activities ST.SAUVUER is minutes away for lots of fun at the Waterpark. Or there is 16 Islands Lake that has great fishing from April to October just 15 minutes away, and then there's Mont Tremblanc, the ski and summer activity center of the Laurentians...45 mins. from the house.

The view is spectacular!
The house has 3 available bedrooms plus a hide a bed in the piano room. There are 2 queen size beds and 2 doubles in the house.
The master bedroom is a stunning 2 floor bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, lots of windows, a quiet sitting area on the mezzanine that most people gravitate to. There is a patio door from this bedroom going out to the 100 foot wrap around balcony.

Additional Rate Information
Please note that the house is available for weekends at $225 to $250. per day. The monthly rate for 4-6 months season is $1200. PLUS heat/electricity in the winter (between nov. and may). The weekly rate at Christmas and New Years is $1500. per week.
The weekly rate in winter for vacations and children's breaks is $1200. (The weekly rate in the summer is $1200.-1500. per week. The rate during the construction holidays is $1600. per week (Monthly rates can be negotiated.)
For the right people (ideally the house accommodates an optimal of 8 people) there is always room for negotiation.
Payment and Deposits
All rates are in Cadian funds
A deposit of 50% of the entire rental fee is due upon reservation by cheque made out to Les Immobiliers Milrav or Lucy Ravinsky. (Cancellation of the reservation MUST be made at least 4 weeks in advance of the booking or the deposit will be forfeited.) The remaining 50% must be paid by cheque at least 2 weeks prior to occupation and failing that, in cash.
Upon finalizing your reservation we will send documents to finalize your booking of your cottage, with information on where to send the documents once you have completed them.
Please note that there is a reimbursable damage deposit that all renters are required to pay

Check-out time: 12:00 noon
Keys can be picked up on the Thursday prior to your arrival date at our apartment in Cote St Luc, located at 6595 Mackle, apartment #311.
What to bring
Food and beverages
We suggest getting your food in Morin Heights at Vaillancourt or the IGA, or in Saint-Sauveur at either the Metro or Loblaws.
While there is a telephone at the cottage, there is a block on long distance calls, so we suggest giving out the number at the cottage to family and friends before hand: (450) 226-7999.
To make long distance calls, please use a calling card. Calls can be made to the greater Montreal area at no additional cost with an access code that we will provide you. Some cell phones work in this area.
