Mission Oak dining room table seats eight. Roomy master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walkout to sunny private deck (12x35 feet). Two other bedrooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi. Heated bathroom floors, carpeted bedroom floors, hardwood elsewhere, 11-foot ceilings. Three electric fireplaces. Living room has gas fireplace, 46-inch LED “smart” TV (with 3-D glasses) and internet connection. Driveway accommodates two cars, electric outlet for block heaters. Backup generator in case of power outage. No smoking, Small dogs and weekend rentals are considered on an individual basis. The house is fully furnished: all you need bring is the desire to have a great time!

This home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The Master bedroom is 12'X19' (this figure does not include the en suite bathroom or electric fire place--see photographs) with access to the deck via patio doors.The other two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a jacuzzi and both are 12X12 with one also having an electric fireplace. Ceilings throughout the house are 11 feet. The house is completely furnished: all you need bring is the desire to have a great time! Oh,- and we will consider a small dog. Great 3 Bedroom Collingwood House
My family recently stayed 3 nights at this wonderfully equipped home located in a nice neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and Blue Mountain. The home comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There was ample room for the six of us. The host Tom was very accommodating for anything we may require and his rental rate and payment terms were very fair. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay with good value.
Clean, Modern Property - Great Location!
This is a great property in downtown Collingwood, only a 2-minute walk away from the shops and close to any stores that you may need for food, drinks, etc. Also very close to Blue Mountain, which was what we were looking for! The property is equipped with all utensils, pots, pans, cleaning supplies (for end-of-stay clean-up) plus all the entertainment features including a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, iPhone docking stations with radio. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone to spend the Family Day long weekend comfortably. The host (Tom) was great, accommodating and always nearby and available in case we needed anything. Unlike other cottages, we didn't have to pack extra supplies because everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it!
Beautiful Cottage
Beautiful cottage situated right in the beautiful area of Collingwood. Close to all shops and hills. The house was renovated and features all modern amenities. Tom (the host) was amazing and set up the location for the amount of guests we had. Cant complain about this at all. DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone.
