All reservations for the high season period ( July- Aug) made before June 1st of the year shall be for a minimum 5 nights. All rates are based on two adults (Except for the 3 Rooms/ Loft where the rates are based on 4 adults).

Cancellation Policy

Since a deposit is required for a reservation during the summer season , ( July 1st – Labour Day week-end) the following with apply in the event of a cancellation.
Any cancellation received more than 60 days from your date of arrival will be fully refunded less a fee of $ 50.00….. The refund will be processed within 5 working days.
A cancellation received between 60 – 15 days from your date of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
When a cancellation is received less than 15 days from date of arrival the deposit will be forfeited and you will be held responsible for the nights that we were not able to re-book. Every effort will be made to re-book those nights.
Any change to a confirmed reservation reducing the number of nights and received less than 60 days from your date of arrival will be charged a change fee of $ 75.00
All other cancellation from Labour Day Week-end to June 30th in the following year will require a 48 hrs notice.
