Island Bay Cottage is a newly built private 4-bedroom cottage just waiting for you to enjoy. This 2009 newly constructed cottage is situated at the mouth of Winter Bay and the open waters of the St. Lawrence. There are so many “Million Dollar” views here on our island and this is no exception.
Enjoy a walk down to the water and a lovely sandy beach just a short walk up the shore. Being the cottage is centrally located on the island, it will make any day trip you choose to go on, easy.
Island Bay Cottage is a 15 minute drive to Charlottetown, and 5 minute drive to many popular beaches, a 30 minute drive to Anne's Land and a 1 hour drive from the Confederation Bridge. Come and enjoy this beautiful, relaxing piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful time. We are sad to leave this magical place. We had a lot a fun playing at the beach.
Perfect For Our Family
We've stayed many places on the island, and this is our favorite. The view is amazing with a short walk to the water. The location in central with a short drive to Charlottetown and Cavendish. Everyone had their own space with 4 ample-size bedrooms. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room on the main floor was the perfect space for cooking, sharing meals, playing games, and watching movies.
