There are many excellent winter activities to take part in around Kingsport in the winter time. Of particular interest to wine lovers and photographers are the following:

Feb 1-10 - come visit to celebrate Nova Scotia’s internationally award-winning Icewines. Sample Icewine paired with local cuisine, learn how Icewine is made, or try your hand at pruning. Local Annapolis Valley winemakers and some of the province’s finest chefs come together to celebrate their passion for local food and wine. Jan 26 & 27, Feb 2 & 3 - The 20th annual Sheffield Mills Eagle Watch takes place in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Hundreds of bald eagles come to our area each year, and Sheffield Mills hosts this event to share these spectacular birds. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen bed in two bedrooms and a double bed in the other bedroom along with two double futons in the family room to comfortably sleep 10.

Minimum rental charge $300.
Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra occupant fee of $15 per person per night up to $75 per week.
