Club Muskoka is a year round cottage resort with a fantastic view of Lake Muskoka. Located on Muskoka Rd. 169, just west of Gravenhurst. We have a sandy beach for swimming, a boat house with docking facilities, and a 40' water slide 2 giant 25' water trampolines A wonderful view of the RMS Segwun, and the marina. Variety stores and snowmobile trails all within walking distance. Bring your pets along too.

This cottage is 60' back from the waters edge looking through towering pines. The living ares is on the top level with the bedrooms below on the lower level, It has the capacity to accommodate up to 10 people. It has 3 baths one has a Jacuzzi. BBQ on the deck and a fully outfitted kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full ensuite. Livingroom has maple floors

What to bring with you:
1. Sheets
2. Towels
3. Toiletries (toilet paper, soap, toothpaste and the likes.)
4. Bottled Water as we use lake water.
There is a pay phone on the property; however the cell phone reception is usually very good.

Directions From Toronto

1. Take hwy 400 North to Barrie and Hwy 11 north to Gravenhurst

2. Go Through town to lights

3. Turn left onto hwy 169 for approximately 11 km’s, Club Muskoka is at the top of the hill past Shady Lane

Total trip time from Toronto is roughly 90 minutes

House Rules

Deposit Policy
40% per week is required for all reservations. Cancellations received 60 days prior to check in will have deposit returned less an administration fee. Cancellations applicable to 'in season rates' with 60 days or less notice will be charged 1 nights rate if the unit can be rented. If the unit is not rented the deposit will be forfeited. A cleaning deposit is required and will be returned if the unit is left in the condition it was rented. All guests must register at the office with a maximum of 2 guests per unit. We reserve the right to refuse any guests at any time.

Check-in time is after 4 PM, check-out bt 10 AM.
