A beautiful and spacious cottage overlooks a beautiful quiet blue lake. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 family/living rooms both with lakeview, large Muskoka Room, Sleeps 8-10 (non smokers only). Large beach front with dock and canoe. Fawn/Deer Lake is a 2+ kilometre long lake with aprox. 25 friendly cottages on it. This offers a perfect getaway as there is limited boating activity and calmer waters! Great for swimming, canoeing, windsurfing and fishing or get into your runabout and do some tubing/skiing. Pet friendly.

Space! Amenities! Private With A View!
This was an excellent cottage rental! Me and 4 other friends were looking for a spot to spend the weekend because we had a wedding in Huntsville. Gustavo was great to work with. We did an email money transfer and after a beautiful drive along the lake, we arrived and everything was ready for us. We were amazed by the amount of space this place has! There is a large living room, a spacious Muskoka room, a large family room on the lower level, all with large windows overlooking the lake! And don't forget the deck (with newer BBQ) and the patio also overlooking the lake! There was even a second fridge and large kitchenette on the lower level. The beds were very comfortable, especially the master King, and the linens were clean and nice. The closets were empty for our use. The cottage is on a very private scenic road and the lake is very quiet. The dishwasher must be brand new because it's not the one in the picture. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishes, pots, utensils you would ever need. The main bath has a tub/shower, the master bath and basement bath have nice showers. This place would be great for groups/families because there is so much space. You have your own private sandy beach and though it was too cold for us to swim being late September, we didn't notice any weeds. Washer and dryer are not HE but look newer. We were even able to view Saturn through the telescope! We loved our time here and would certainly go back! We split the cost between us and it ended up cheaper and sooo much better than staying at a hotel!
My only flag is that the driveway is very steep going down to the lake across the street. Might be tough for anyone with strollers, arthritis, ect.
