Property Description

Tide's Edge is a separate two-bedroom cottage, just off the main house. A spacious two-bedroom suite, it offers a Queen bed in the Angel Room, and two twin beds in the Garden Room, woodburning fireplace, kitchen/dining area, full bath, covered decking and charcoal barbecue. The living room has a queen sofabed. Both the front bedroom and living room both walk onto the covered deck. The view is magnificent, and the cottage is closest to the tide's edge. Comfortable for up to 5 people.

Damage Deposit Required: $300.00

House Rules

A damage deposit of $300.00 is required for all confirmed reservations.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Should there be a need to cancel, the deposit is refunded only upon successful booking of the period in question. If successful, we will refund any or all of the money paid less a 15% processing fee. If we are not successful, the entire balance of the rental payment is due.
