Our Cottage is ideal for no more than 2 couples and A FAMILY with 2 to 3 children. Our waterfront home has been completely renovated and is brand new. We've made sure that you'll have all the extras that will add to your holiday, including original Canadian art, a new modern kitchen and master washroom, leather furniture and a 60-inch satellite TV. Our children have allergies, SO NO PETS OR SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OUR HOME,

NON SUMMER WEEKENDS.....$900
SUMMER 1 WEEK...................$2,500 PER WEEK
SUMMER 2 WEEKS.................$2,100 PER WEEK
SUMMER 3 WEEKS.................$1,800 PER WEEK

Our place is reasonably priced. It is smaller than many Lake Joe cottages, with only 3 bedrooms, but it is extremely clean and in a quiet bay, near Foot's Bay. It is perfect for fishing, canoeing and taking it easy away from the busy city. We only allow occasional renters that we have interviewed and who understand that this is our summer home and not a hotel.

You can sit on our dock, bring your own boat, for fishing, or just relax, on our raised sun deck. The private docking next door is for the islander boats. There is a WORLD CLASS golf course five minutes away, and the Lake Joseph club is 10 minutes by boat. There is nothing you have to bring, other than suntan lotion, large bathing beach towels, a good book and food. The Mactier Home Town Proud Sobey's is close by.

Our place is a true mid-size cottage, for the person looking for a clean quiet place that is easy to get to and is more reasonable than the typical Lake Joe rental. The wood beams on the living room ceiling, four leather sofas and chairs, large picture window overlooking the lake, two bedrooms on the lower level looking out onto the large lawn, new barbecue and deck set, will all add to an easy going week in the Muskokas!.

Enjoy the lake view as you relax on your deck overlooking the lake or get in the canoe and follow the loons that are in the bay every day. If you bring you boat there is a place to launch the boat next door at the Lake Joseph Private Marine Landing Dock, available to only 20 families. There is great fishing and poles and life jackets are provided. If you have children, it is your responsibility to be sure they are kept safe, wear life jackets and be supervised all the time.

Additional Bedroom Information

The master bedroom has a Cannonball bedroom set with a queen bed. The two bedrooms, on the lower level, have a new bunkbed 1 room. The lower bunk is a double bed with a nice thick extra cushion mattresses.The upper is a single bed. All mattresses are new and fresh.

Additional Rate Information

We rent IN THE SUMMER Season... Usually Friday night to Friday (June to September).
Book early for the June through September rate shown below.
1-Weekly Rate is $2,500
2-Additional Days are $ 250 per day.
3-Booking 2 weeks is $2,100 per week
4-Booking 4 weeks is $1,800 per week
5-There is an additional $125 for the cleaning team to come in and tidy up after you go, and wash the sheets and towels. .
6-SORRY WE CANNOT RENT TO ANYONE SMOKING OR WITH PETS AS WE HAVE HUGE ALLERGIES..... SO OUR COTTAGE IS VERY CLEAN
