Our townhome is large, luxurious & ideally located -close to everthing! Winter rates from $300 CDN per night for the entire home!

Enjoy entertaining in the living area or relax in front of the riverrock fireplace after a day on the slopes.

The kitchen has everything you need to keep meals as simple or as elaborate as you like!

Our two-storey townhome is new, spacious, & the ultimate in comfort. The main floor is an open concept design with a vaulted ceiling, leading to three bedrooms upstairs. Our home also has three full bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Heated slate floors are in each of the washrooms and on the main floor. Our home is air conditioned in the summer time.

Enjoy lounging in our private hot tub with a view of Rainbow and Sproat Mtns. The back patio, complete with BBQ and hot tub, opens up to a large greenspace and garden which affords privacy as well as a space for kids to play with a soccer ball.

There is also a large single garage to store bikes or ski equipment - there is even room to store your kayak! We also have a washing machine and dryer on the main floor.

$450.00 per night with a 3 night minimum stay

$750.00 per night with a 5 night minimum stay

GUEST STAY AGREEMENT

I have read, understood, agree with, and will comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this letter, and will pay the specified amounts on the indicated due dates. If I have made a reservation for dates where rates have not yet been finalized, I understand that my reservation will be subject to an adjusted rate from that quoted above. I also agree to pay for any property damages which are incurred in or on the property described above, by any property occupant in my party.

Cancellation Policy

After payment has been received, we will refund any payment made only if the dates can be rebooked, less a 5 % administration cost.
