#1 Location - Seagull Motel and Chalets, located 5 km north of Shediac's Main Street keeps you close to the action in Shediac but away from all the traffic. We are also 20-25 minutes to both Bouctouche and Moncton.

#2 Water - No other motel in Shediac is on the water and our property is almost like a park. We have our own beach and 1/3 of our land is grassy, picnic area. Swim during the day, or read a book under a tree and watch the sunset over the water. Then have a campfire at night and watch the stars in the sky! Can you make a campfire or watch the sunset over the water at any other motel?
