This air-conditioned villa is fully equipped with lots of extras and offers everything for you to maximise and enjoy your dream holiday. With its open planned design offering the living room overlooking the private pool and spa, formal dining room and the fully equipped kitchen and kitchen nook.

The master bedroom with pool access and ensuite is light and airy coupled with its own walk-in closet for all the clothes you will be buying from the nearby shops as well as its own TV with cable, alarm clock and hairdryer. Then there is the second master bedroom with walk in closet, cable TV, alarm clock and hairdryer. For the kids there is two twin bedded rooms with a family bathroom.

You donai��i��t need to bring anything other than your suntan cream and clothes as Emerald Island Palms has full laundry facilities to include washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels included and replaced regularly. Oh we nearly forgot but to compliment all of this there is also the crib, highchair, stroller, toys and games making this the only luxury vacation home worth booking.

For those of you with lots of people visiting Disney and would like to rent two houses side by side we are also able to offer Oasis Villa. This home has the same floor plan and same amazing features such as private pool, spa, game room and it also has free broadband access. The only decision you need to make is which pool you are going to jump in the most.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS BY YOU:
If you are compelled to cancel your reservation, you must inform us by telephone and immediately confirm your cancellation to us in writing. In this event if you cancel your reservation 4 or more weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 50% (minimum of $300.00), 0 - 4 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 100%. If you wish to change the home that you have paid and booked you will be required to forfeit any existing monies paid. AMENDMENTS TO ANY RESERVATION WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $150.00.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation, i.e. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire and legislation, only repayment in full of any monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodations. However, we cannot accept liability whatsoever in respect to any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
