On a 2 acre property with 200 ft of water front, this location is is placed close to great fishing in all 4 seasons with ice fishing huts set up 200 ft out on the ice and the smowmobile trail just in front. Also a 20 min car ride will take you to Kawartha Downs where they have stock car racing, horse racing and a casino. Ski hill 30 min drive.
