House Rules

Check In, Check out: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. for cottage customers. All guests must be included at the time of booking. Check out for all guests will be 11:00 a.m. to allow for incoming arrivals and smooth transitions. We reserve the right to accept, reject or terminate a reservation at any time.

Parking: 2 parking spots available per cottage

Fire department determines occupancy capacity of our cottages. For your safety do not exceed!

No Smoking in any of our cottages. Please smoke outside and dispose of butts properly.

No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits: We require a deposit of 50% upon booking. Balance is due 21 days prior to occupancy. Your booking is confirmed with your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within 10 days you will be notified that we have not received it. The booking will be canceled at that time if we do not get a response. Balance of rental to be paid by certified cheque or money order Visa or Master Card. Make cheques payable to Primrose Cottages. Reservations for weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. There will be no allowance made for shorter stays upon arrival.
