Property Description

Our accommodations are individually owned condominiums that we rent on behalf of the owners when they are not using them. All condos have a fully equipped kitchen, small living room, bathroom, and at least one bedroom. (In addition to the kitchen, there are Gas Communal BBQ Grills)

We manage two buildings: the Silvers Skis which is closest to the lifts (ski in/out) and has access to a private heated pool, and the Crystal Chalets which are a three minute walk to the lifts, are set back into the mountainside with many stairs to climb (up to 89 steps) but you are rewarded with beautiful views from each room (no pool access).

Bedding arrangements differ with each condo; however, a 1 bedroom typically has a Queen bed with a set of bunks in the bedroom.
1 bedroom with loft usually has a queen and bunks in the bedroom and either a queen or 2 twins in the loft above the kitchen (access by ladder on wall)
2 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with loft (bedding is different in each of them, but they can sleep up to 8 guests)

They all have 1 bathroom with its own 50 gallon water heater. Some condos have a bath & ½.

We do not allow pets (only condo owners are allowed to bring pets). All condos are non-smoking. You must be 25 years or older to reserve.

All condos have satellite tv, DVD players and wireless internet access (complimentary).

All rates listed are per night; two night minimum is required, or $25 additional fee will be applied.

House Rules

Friday and Saturday rent together. If you are interested in only 1 night on the weekend, you need to call after 6:00 pm the day prior to check for any last minute cancellations.
Check out time is at noon.
