You'll hear the waves lapping at the shoreline from your choice of accommodation - a cozy cottage, housekeeping unit, or comfortable motel room. In the morning have coffee on the beach or in our pond-site sitting area while the sea gulls and red-winged blackbird greet the day.
Families will love the Atlantic View's ample green space and beach where children can run, play in the waves and swim. Small pets are welcome.

Motel Rooms And Housekeeping Units

You'll be very comfortable in our 4 spacious motel rooms, each featuring cable television, clock radio, coffee maker and a bathroom with a shower. your room includes a front outdoor sitting area and, of course, an ocean view!

We offer five 2-room fully equipped housekeeping suites in a motel-style building. Each includes a kitchen with full-size refrigerator and stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, double hide-a-bed in the living area, two double beds in the bedroom and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Each unit has private front and back outdoor sitting and an ocean view! These heated rooms are ideal for get-away weekends. $120 in season/$75 off season. Ask about our extended-stay rates.

This is a perfect location for vacationing sea kayakers and cyclists, and golfers will have a spectacular and challenging nine-hole course just over the hill from us. Historic Old Town Lunenburg, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its exceptional architecture, natural beauty and working waterfront, is only 1.5 km away.

House Rules

All rates are based on double occupancy - extra person 16 or older $15 - quoted in Canadian Dollars - sales tax of 15% extra. No charge for children under 16-years old. For weekly rates please call us. Check-in time is 3pm or later. Check-out time is 11am or earlier. We require a credit card number when making a booking. We accept, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Interac.

Terms, conditions and other helpful information:
Bookings for 1 night may be cancelled with a 48-hours notice (latest at 12 p.m. two days before scheduled arrival). Bookings for 2 - 6 nights may be cancelled with a 7-days notice.
Weekly bookings may be cancelled at least 30-days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the cost of accommodations booked, including tax, holds your reservation. The balance of accommodation is due upon check-in. Refunds (minus $10.00 plus tax, cancellation fee) will be made only if cancellations are made at least 7days or 30 days resp. in advance of arrival date. We will do our best to rebook any cancellations of booked accommodations; however the buyer of that booked time will be responsible for that time/or any days not rebooked. To date in prime season we have been fortunate to be able to refund most deposits.
