Brand new construction, opening for its second season. Located on the scenic Kingston Peninsula, on the Saint John River side, just 1.5 Km from the Hardings Point ferry. Cottage has a magnificent water view, and a very peaceful atmosphere. This is the prime location for a nature enthusiast, with a wide variety of bird species, and the occasional wildlife sighting. The location is very family friendly, with lots of area for children to play. On- site coin operated laundry facilities. Nearby boat docking is also available.

Family celebrations and reuinions welcome! Bear, bird and deer hunters welcome for the upcoming season!

PLEASE NOTE - Please advise us during your booking if you are bringing a dog. We have desingnated cottages for pets to ensure an enjoyable stay for you, your pet, and other visitors. Please be sure to pack your leash and pooper scooper!

House Rules

A down deposit is required on booking date, with a provided credit card number. This deposit will be charged to your credit card upon booking. This deposit is credited towards your final total. The deposit also WILL NOT be refunded if renter cancels his/her booking. If the cottage, or anything in the cottage, is damaged during the renters stay, charges may be made to the same credit card number, which was given during booking.

CHECK IN Time is between 3 pm and 6 pm on the day booked for arrival. If this time frame does not work for you, please make arrangements when booking your cottage.

CHECK OUT time is 11 am.

COTTAGE RULES:

Please DO NOT:

Smoke inside cottage.
Throw cigarette butts on the ground (thrown in the firepit is fine)
Cook seafood inside the cottage.
Place hot pots/pans on countertop without protection.
Entertain guest past 12:00 am or before 7:00 am.
Play loud music after 10:00 pm.
Leave Bonfire unattended. (Pour water over fire when finished.)
Leave candles burning
Take any glass items off the deck
Take inside furniture outside
Bring outside furniture inside

Please DO:

Recycle
Compost
Wash and dry any dishes used before checking out.
Use garbage can provided.
Make sure the garbage can lid is on tightly to prevent animals from getting into it.
Remove pillow shams before use of pillow.
Keep cottage as clean as you found it.
Supervise children.
Go over rules with children.
Keep music/noise level to a minimum.
Check out by 11:00 am.
