Oceanfront on the Bay of Fundy! This oceanfront property sits on 14 acres at the end of a ¼-mile long private drive. Sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, headlands, and islands -- and no other house in sight in any direction. There are over 700 feet of varied ocean frontage, including coves, rocks, tidal pools and a pebble beach – with a footbridge and walking path connecting all. Each of three bedrooms has a full ocean view. There are two full baths, kitchen, living, dining and laundry rooms. The entire house was repainted and redecorated in 2003. Property is between St. Andrews and Saint John, and about a ½ hour from each. It is also 6 miles from a provincial park with a mile long sand beach for swimming and miles of trails for hiking. Several excellent seafood restaurants nearby, and a small town for essentials is a ten minute drive.

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

House Rules

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
No smoking is allowed.
Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Check in after 4:00 PM. and check out before 11:00 AM. And flexible times possible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No housekeeping is provided during a stay.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
