5 minute walk to the Irving Eco-Centre boardwalk and 12 km of Dune beach. 5 minute drive to 10 km beach starting at the lobster fishing boat harbor of St Edouard de Kent. Swim, walk and fly your kite. 13 km bicycle and walking trail to Town of Bouctouche.

The "Lighthouse" is located at "La Fond de la Baie Bouctouche," overlooking the "La Dune" and the Irving Eco-Centre boardwalk and beach, with the windmills of PEI across the Northumerland Straits. It is located on open water and saltwater marsh with blue herons, ospreys, bald eagles, ducks, piping plovers, frogs and other wildlife in an ecological preservation area. Near "Le Pays de la Sagouine", this is a magical place in the heart of L'Acadie.
