This South-East facing cottage provides ample sun exposure. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (master bedroom with ensuite with deep soaker tub), main floor powder in laundry room and bathroom downstairs with shower and sauna. Wood burning fireplace in great room and propane fireplace in lower level. Water in cottage is from a well and is tested annually; it is safe for drinking but you are welcome to use our cooler – it takes 18 liter bottles which we expect be refilled when emptied – bottled water is available at grocery stores in Minden.

Bell satellite service; TV in great room and downstairs (flat screens). Also a DVD with a range of movies available for your watching pleasure. Internet is available. Cell phone reception is good. Kitchen has fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove; equipped with all the amenities. A washer and dryer are also available. Recreation Room has ping pong table and sauna.

175 feet of lake frontage and large docking system. Rental comes with canoe and a 12’ aluminum boat (oars) no motor – renters must provide their own life jackets. Extensive flagstone patio and fire pit. Many perennial gardens. Gentle slope to water with shallow hard packed sandy bay. Water volley ball net set up in the bay. Excellent swimming.

Shopping: You are approximately 10 km south of the village of Minden which has excellent facilities: shopping, restaurants, pubs and recreation facilities.

Golf: two excellent 9 hole courses and another two 18 hole courses are all within a short drive of the cottage.
