Situated on the west side of Lake Simcoe, you wake up to a magnificent sunrise and get full sun all day and, the water is shallow with a lovely sand bottom.
The cook will find everything he/she needs to prepare healthy meals, fridge, stove, BBQ, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes and, with two large decks on both sides of the property (one with full size gazebo), entertaining is a treat.
Nearby attractions will keep you busy on those days where you desire a change of scenery, including Farmer’s Markets (Saturday mornings), golf courses and only a short drive to Barrie
