Our Ucluelet beachfront vacation resort consists of six different types of accomodations, each with its own distinct character and amenities. We offer our holiday visitors the option to choose the cottage that best suits their needs and their budget.

Whether an oceanfront cabin or a boardwalk suite, all of our Ucluelet vacation lodgings provide our guests with a cozy and distinctively West Coast ambiance.

Note that pets are always welcome in all our Cottages, Suites, Boardwalk Lofts and Ocean View Lofts. ($20.00 per pet per STAY)

Jason Priestley & Family invite you to visit our unique beachfront resort on beautiful Terrace Beach in Ucluelet, BC. We are adjacent to the Wild Pacific Trail, and only minutes from the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. Within the Park are Long Beach, South Beach, Florencia Bay, and Half Moon Bay, plus trails and other beaches. We are also close to the Broken Group Islands, famous for the beaches and kayaking sites and camping. Surfing, fishing, kayaking, hiking, whale watching, bear watching, geocaching, and just relaxing -- all are possible. Of course, in the season, add storm watching! We have many cottages and suites with private hot tubs. All have propane barbecues and full kitchenettes. Our website has a live webcam -- check out Terrace Beach anytime to observe current conditions.

Individual Cottage Description

Please contact us for a detailed description of our Beach front Cabins, Ocean View Lofts, Boardwalk Lofts, 1&2 Bedroom Suites, and Bachelor Suites. All cottages have a full size fridge and completely equipped kitchenette. There is a 2 burner stove, microwave, and propane barbecue. Bring just your food ( and aluminum foil if you wish ). Our website has photos and description of each cottage and suite.

Note that Summer rates are from June 29 to Sept 6.
Regular rates apply to the rest of the year, including Christmas and school breaks and long weekends. Rates start @$99 per night for our Bachelor Suite Grey Whale.
All prices are based on double occupancy
$10 per night/per extra person
Children age 12 and under stay free
* 2 Night Minimum Stay during:
Summer season and holiday long week-ends - Canadian and U.S.
Dec. 23 - Jan. 3
* Special prices for stays over 5 nights - check with our office
Pet Charge: $20 per pet per stay
Smoking is permitted outside only, please.
Please expect linen and towel changes, and light housekeeping,
every second day of your stay.
All taxes extra.
We accept MC, Visa, Travellers' Cheques, Debit, and Cash.
No personal cheques, please.
Check-in time - 3 pm / Check-out time 11 am
A $25.00 charge will be added to your Credit Card
if dishes are left unwashed at time of check-out.
A $20.00 late check-out fee will be added to your room charge
unless prior arrangements are made with our manager.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit at time of booking is required. There is a 14-day cancellation policy. You will receive your deposit back less a $50 Administration Fee for each unit cancelled. For cancellations less than 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited. No date changes or unit changes will be allowed within this 14-day cancellation window. No refunds will be given for unused days or early departures.
