Nestled on the shore of beautiful Kakagi (Crow) Lake at Nestor Falls Ontario, LAKEVIEW LODGE is your four-season vacation destination. Whether it’s fishing, hunting or just plain relaxing, you will find it here. Kakagi (Crow) Lake, totally spring-fed, with cold, clean, clear water is a unique experience in itself, and, right from your doorstep you can access Crow Lake’s world class Lake Trout fishery. Crow Lake is considered a “sleeper lake” for Trophy Muskie, and has long been a well-kept secret among those in the know. Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike also inhabit the waters of Crow Lake.

For a change of pace, drive to our launching and docking facilities on Steven’s Bay, Lake of the Woods and sample renowned Lake of the Woods fishing. Lake of the Woods, with it’s over 65,000 miles of shoreline and 14,000 islands is an adventure in it’s own. It's fishery is nooted for Walleye, Muskie, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie and yellow Perch. Or hike in to one of our small lakes and fish for Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike. There are many fishing options to choose here at LAKEVIEW LODGE.

We at LAKEVIEW LODGE offer baited sets for Bear Hunting. You can have your choice of a guided Deer Hunt or you can stay in one of our comfortable cabins and hunt Whitetail Deer on your own. We are situated on the Hudson Bay flyway so there are opportunities to hunt for many species of migrating as well as local ducks.

The Nestor Falls area, in the heart of the Canadian Shield, is noted for its beautiful scenery, craggy rock formations and crystal clear lakes. Our area is sparsely inhabited so there is ample wilderness for you to explore. Be sure to bring a camera. You will want to capture our spectacular sunrises and sunsets and scenic wonders as well as the many species of birds and animals that make their homes here. Amateurs and professionals alike find our area a photographer’s paradise.

Hunting & Fishing Packages

We offer full service hunts, using only the finest guides in our area. Although the hunts are booked through the camp and are subject to availability, we will put you in contact with your guide prior to the hunt so that you can talk with him directly and ask any questions that you may have.

Bear Hunts
Package includes an active bear bait, lodging, transportation when hunting on the lakes, and the use of a 16ft boat and 25 horse motor. An active bear bait is one that is being used by one or more bear on a regular basis. Up to 6 day hunt.

Whitetail Deer Hunts
Our local whitetail are the true Canadian strain with body weights of 250 to 300 pounds not uncommon. We offer fully guided hunts as well as semi-guided and self guided hunts. Fully guided package includes complete guide service, lodging and transportation by boat when hunting on the lakes. Up to 6 day hunt. 2 person minimum.

Moose Hunts
We get a limited number of adult moose validation tags each year but there is no limit to the number of calf validation tags we can get. Package includes full guide service, lodging, transportation by boat when hunting on the lakes and your validation tag. Up to 6 day hunt.

Fishing

Individual Unit Description

Our clean and comfortable cabins range in size from one room with bath to 5 bedrooms with two full baths. They are well equipped with propane ranges, electrical refrigerators, all linens and towels, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and propane heat. You need to bring only your groceries and personnel items to be all set up in your vacation "Home".

We now have wireless Internet service in the cabins, and a computer with Internet access in our lounge for use by our guests.
