An 8-foot sliding glass door walks out to the patio overlooking the lake with gas BBQ, dining table and L-shaped seating area.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Over 10 miles long, Stoney Lake is the premier lake in the Kawarthas! Our cottage is situated on a quiet bay away from the busy boat channel.

There's lots of islands to canoe around or back roads to walk or hike on. We have everything you'd want for a quiet, country get-away.

There's a general store at the top of Dunford Road, 3 restaurants within a 5-7 minute drive and great exploring and grocery shopping in nearby Lakefield.

Bookings are available for all seasons of the year... enjoy the wood fireplace or the fire-pit down by the lake when the temperature is a bit cooler!

Additional Bedroom Information

The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The living room has 2 full-size couches and a love-seat. One of the big couches pulls out to make a queen-size bed. There are some air matresses for the kids if necessary.

Maximum occupancy would be 4 adults and 2 kids.
