The cottage is surrounded by huge red pine trees with plenty of deer and wildlife. This is truly a four season property with hiking/biking trails and adjacent to OFSC Snowmobile Trail SSR700. There are many golf courses nearby as well. Perfect spot for fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and ice fishing with large ice shack available for rent (Jan/Feb/Mar). Cottage and guest cottage are winterized and rentable year round. Camp fire pit, clean sandy beach and boat launch. Both cottages are handicap accessible.

Property can accommodate single or multiple families or group bookings. As well there is extra parking for RVs. Optional 35' housekeeping trailer that sleeps 4 is available for rent. Separate shower house/bathroom on site.

Fully equipped 1000 square foot open concept 3 bedroom cottage. Well kept original 1950's cottage with original knotty pine flooring. Patio doors in kitchen, living room and master bedroom open to 60' deck facing the lake. Large stone fireplace with wood insert and new 4 piece bathroom. Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, 2TV's, DVD player. Queen size bed in one bedroom, double futon in second bedroom and 1 double and a twin over double bunk bed in third bedroom.
