Property Description

Located just four blocks off of the Port Elgin main beach, Shady Lane Cottages feature six clean, quiet , winterizedd and affordable family cottages.

Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.

For your use we provide propane BBQ's, picnic tables, lawn chairs and each cottage has its own fire pit.

In the middle of the cottage park is a large grassed area with lots of shade trees, ideal for children to play in after an enjoyable afternoon at the beach.

All cottages have electric heat and are fully winterized. A colour TV with remote control is included for your viewing pleasure. WIFI is also supplied upon request.

Please bring your own linens, pillow cases and towels. Pillows are supplied upon request.

No pets are allowed on the property.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Beautiful beach featuring music on the weekends and fireworks on holiday weekends. Fishing and sailing are also available.

This area is also a hot spot for snowmobilers in the winter months.

Additional Rate Information

A Deposit of $100 per cottage per week is required at the time of booking. Balance of rental is due upon check-in. We accept personal cheques.

House Rules

Weekly rentals in the summer are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is after 2pm and check-out before 10am. Please confirm late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charge: When cottage is re-rented, deposit refunded less $50 administration fee.
