Your winter and summer getaway awaits you in this beautiful home, located directly on the shores of Gratten Lake! Our rates are reasonable and there is space available for two to ten people. Come enjoy this fully equipped home, on private property, with a private beach and dock. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a microwave, 1 refrigerator with an ice maker and plenty of cooking utensils and dishes.The dining room features a table large enough to comfortably seat 10 and the upstairs living room features leather furniture to easily accomodate 6 to 8 guests. The downstairs family room is spacious and features a large screen TV, 3 sofas and a lounge chair. During the summer months, if required, there is a guest house which can easily sleep at least 2 additional people. Also available are a canoe and pedal boat, life preservers in many sizes, lounge chairs and patio furniture, toys for the kiddies, an outside firepit and a front and back covered deck. Lucious gardens abound through-out the property.

You are invited to check in anytime after 15:00 hours on the 1st day of your reservation and check out time is no later than 11:00 hours on the day of your departure. A "Security" deposit of $400.00 is required and will be refunded in the event there are no damages to the property.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required at the time of booking and the balance remaining is required on the day of arrival.
