Fully equipped one to four bedrooms cottages available. All one bedrooms have air conditioning. Clean and up to date cottages, just across the street to the sandy beach. Park for the week and walk to shopping , food and amusements. Contact owner for more information.

Arrival Instructions
Thank you for booking your vacation with us, we hope you enjoy your stay!!

Check in Time: 2:00PM to 5:00PM
Check out Time: 11:00AM

Location
Beachside Cottages are located at 114 2nd Avenue North, Sauble Beach.
From Main Street turn right onto 2nd Avenue North, travel for approx. 200 meters, office is on your left hand side.

Keys
Attend at the Beach Side Take Out to pick up keys, fronting on Lakeshore.
Upon check out return the keys or use key drop box beside office door.

Bedding and Personal items
You are to bring you own bedding, blankets and pillow cases, garbage bags
and personal hygiene items.

Garbage and Recycling
Please take full garbage bags to the roadside wooden garbage box.
Remove all garbage and food from the cottage prior to checking out.
Recycling items place in blue boxes located in play area

Cleaning and Smoking
We have the cottages cleaned prior to your arrival, but we ask that the cottages be left clean and tidy upon check out. No smoking inside cottage.

Arrival
Occasionally our customers are delayed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
You need not notify us if this happens. Your cottage will be ready for your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Before 30 days, 20 % will be refined if we receive sufficient notice to
recover the full value of the booking.
Within 30 days balance paid, 20 % will be retain in all cases, if we are able to recover full value of the booking , if we are unable to recover the full value of the bookings, 100% of your payment will be retained.

Subsequent Bookings
Please book your cottage ASAP, as we take bookings on a first come, first serve basis.
