Additional Rate Information

2012 rates:
May 19- June 8: $1300 per week
June 9- June 22: $1500 per week
June 23 – August 24: $2000 per week
Aug 25 –Sept 14: $1500 per week
Sept 16-October 12: $ 1300 per week
Rates available upon request for all other times.
$1000 a week in the winter with the exception of Christmas week.
Nightly rate – depending on the seasonal rate, minimum 3 night rental

House Rules

RATES:
• Rates quoted in Canadian Dollars
• For stays in excess of one week, additional days will be prorated at the weekly rate.
• Rates are based on double occupancy (no taxes charged).

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are secured by a 50% deposit at time of booking. The balance is payable 30 days before the start of the rental period on date Please provide a post-dated cheque for the balance. Forms of deposit accepted: money order, travellers cheque, or personal cheque (Canadian or US funds).
note: Payments in US $ will be converted to Canadian by the Bank at time of receipt, and the calculated amount deducted from the final bill upon checkout.

Rentals are confirmed only upon receipt of the signed Rental Agreement and the rental deposit cheques.

HOUSE RULES:

• No Pets
• No smoking in the House.
• Guests will leave the House in the same state of cleanliness & repair as it was on occupancy.
• Guests will not leave washer, dryer or gas fireplaces running while they are away from the house.
• Check in time - 3:00 PM
• Check out time 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: High Season
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance owing 30 days before start of the rental. Cancellation is permitted with 60 days notice prior to your rental with a 90% refund of the deposit. With less than 60 days notice from the start of the rental, refunds of 90% will only be possible if we can secure another tenant for the same period at the same rate. We will work our hardest to fill your dates so that your funds can be refunded, however, we cannot guarantee a rebooking.

Cancellation: Low Season
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance owing 30 days before the start of the rental. Cancellation is permitted with 30 days notice prior to your rental with a 100% refrund. With less than 30 days notice from the start of the rental, refunds of 100% will only be possible if we can secure another tenant for the same period at the same rate. We will work our hardest to fill your dates so that your funds can be refunded, however, we cannot guarantee a rebooking.
