This is a second level unit w/ 2 bdrm, (1 king, 1 queen), 2 baths, one with tub shower and one with shower only. There is a queen air bed available also which will accommodate 2 more. TV w/cable, DVD & VHS players, AC, washer and dryer for your convenience, and garage access available to guests.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $75 and 8% room tax added to the nightly rental rate.
