Great Place, Nice People
Elaine, Francis and Pierre, the owners are very nice and a pleasure to talk to and get to know.
The cottage is quite nice, well appointed with nice functional furniture and lots and lots of art.
The grounds are nice, with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables for the kids to pick. The water is warm, but quite full of sea grass & seaweed. It would be nice for canoeing or kayaking - we didn't swim in it, but I suppose you could. It's a short drive to several nice sandy beaches. Our kids liked hunting for sea creatures, the water is shallow and very suitable for this. Elaine offered some good advice to bring water shoes for this purpose.
We hope to rent Maison-chalet galerie d'art again someday soon.
