Additional Rate Information

Minimum 2 night stay required.
No Pets ( Dogs, Cats, ect ) allowed. A $30.00 plus tax fine will be charged if we find you have a pet in our units.
A $500.00 deposit per unit is required.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations: Upon reserving, a 50% credit card deposit will be required. The balance is due upon your arrival. If you cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable.

For cancellations due to medical reasons a $50 charge plus tax is applicable. The balance of your deposit will be reimbursed upon receipt of a note from your doctor indicating you are unable to ski.

If the client is a “no show” the total reservation charge will be debited from your credit card.
