Chalets La Licorne are 2 wonderful chalets to rent in the Laurentides, near Mont-Tremblant, in the lovely village of St-Faustin-Lac-Carré. We have a private access on the Lac Carré and we are also near a public beach. We are located near the biking trail "Le p'tit Train du Nord" the Mont-Blanc (discount on ski tickets), and near a grocery store. At only 20 minutes from the chalets, you will find the fabulous National Park of Mont-Tremblant and its activities. The ski station of Mont-Tremblant, downhill skiing, boutiques, and the Casino. The Chalets are near each other and each of them has a private yard. You can rent one for a small party of 4 to 12 people. Or, you can rent both chalets for parties of 20 people. The dining-room of the Gîte has room for 20 people.

Les Chalets La Licorne sont 2 magnifiques chalets à louer situés au chœur des Laurentides près de Tremblant dans le petit village pittoresque de St-Faustin-Lac-Carré. Nous avon un accès privé au Lac-Carré et nous sommes situé à 2 pas de la plage municipale, de la piste cyclable "Le p'tit Train du Nord " et d'une épicerie. L'hiver, le Mont-Blanc est tout près (rabais sur billets de ski). À seulement 20 minutes de nos chalets, vous avez le fabuleux Parc National du Mont-Tremblant avec ses multiples activités de plein air et Le Mont-Tremblant avec ski, boutiques, restaurants et Casino.Situés l'un près de l'autre, tout en ayant leur cour privée, vous pouvez louer les Chalets individuellement pour des petits groupes de 4 à 12 personnes ou les louer tous les deux, pour des groupes pouvant aller jusqu'à 20 personnes. La salle à manger du Gîte peut accueillir 20 personnes assises.

Notre but est de vous faire passer d'agréables vacances dans une ambiance confortable et chaleureuse.

Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carre Attractions

In Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, you can do all kinds of activities and visit many attractions, like golf, tennis, ski, karting, camping, maison des arts et de la culture and a 100-year-old church. Also go to the cabane à Sucre Millette, which invites you to visit the maple grove where maple sap is gathered in the traditional way. You will learn more about the production and transformation of the maple sap into syrup and will have the chance to enjoy a nice typical Quebecois meal with folk animation.

For nature lovers, a stop is needed at the Centre touristique et éducatif des Laurentides. This nature centre offers hiking trails, challenge courses, four lakes where you can go fishing and the opportunity to go camping and canoe-camping, to rent rowboats, canoes, kayaks and rabaskas (12-place canoes). Lac-Supérieur The municipality of Lac-Supérieur houses a part of the parc national Mont-Tremblant, the largest protected territory in the province of Quebec. This park offers a large variety of activities such as hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, canoeing, swimming, canoe-camping, fishing and biking. Walk in the forest of the park, admire nature or even go sailing on the Rivière du Diable.

Additional Bedroom Information

La Coquette : Built in 1998, this home is all in wood, it has a woodstove, and a country style, warm and cosy, very Coquette. Room for 4 to 8 people.

First Floor:
One fully equipped kitchen (gas stove), one dining room, one living room with a small wood stove and one bathroom.

Second floor:
One small living-room with a futon (double-bed).
Two bedrooms: one with a Queen Bed and in the other, 2 Double Beds.

Private yard, well installed.

Pets are accepted with (restriction and a light supplement).

No smoking.

La Coquette est une maison construite en 1998. Avec ses boiseries, son petit poêle à bois et son petit côté champêtre, elle est coquette, accueillante et chaleureuse. Peut loger de 4 à 8 personnes.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez :
Cuisine tout équipée avec cuisinière au gaz, salle à manger. Salon avec poêle à combustion lente et salle de bain.

À l'étage, il y a :
Un petit salon avec futon qui s'ouvre pour donner un lit double. 2 chambres à coucher. Une chambre avec 1 lit Queen et l'autre, avec 2 lits doubles.

Magnifique cour intime et bien aménagée.

Additional Rate Information

There is a $200 supplement required for New Years Day.
Please contact or visit the website for more rate information on shorter stays and packages.

All our prices include GST, QST and Resort Tax.
Prices in canadian dollars can change.

Pets accepted: $15 per animal, per night.

House Rules

A down payment of 20 % of the amount of the rent is payable on reservation. This amount is not refundable. The balance of the rent is payable thirty (30) days before the arrival day, by post-dated check.

The security deposit is payable at the date of occupancy by post-dated check. (500$ for Le Gîte and 250$ for La Coquette).

Balance de la location payable par chèque 30 jours avant la date de votre arrivée.
Dépôt de sécurité payable par chèque post daté de la date d'occupation.
Ce dépôt sera encaissé seulement s'il y a des dégâts au chalet.

Cancellation Policy

One month before arrival date. No refund after this date.

Annulation; un mois avant la date d'arrivée. Passée cette date aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
