Area Information

Welcome to the Township of Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls. We are located along the eastern shores of Lake of the Woods, nestled amongst towering trees and picturesque wildlife. Lake of the Woods is one of the world’s largest inland, freshwater lakes with over 14,000 islands and 65,000 miles of shoreline. As a small municipality, we pride ourselves on our community spirit. Spend your summers on the lake and in the sun or cozy up to a fire in the winter and realize why this area is one of Canada’s best kept secrets.

We are a full service community that has every advantage while surrounded by an abundance of natural resources. There are over 60 customer service facilities offering a wide range of retail, hospitality, personal, financial and many others. We have excellent telecommunications including high speed internet and cellular services. Our municipality offers health services including medical, nursing and dental benefits. We provide high quality emergency services with a full volunteer fire department in Sioux Narrows and Nestor Falls as well as ambulance and paramedic teams. Two bedroom housekeeing cabins with a double and two single beds, or four single beds, full kitchen and bathroom. Also contain gas fireplaces and TV - DVD/VCR players.

Cabin #4
Three bedroom housekeeping cabin with five double beds, gas fireplace, full kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms. 8x30 ft deck with gas grill.

Cabin #5 - 6
One room cottages with either two single beds or a king size bed. Wet bar with mini-fridge, coffee maker microwave and toaster.

Cabin #7 - 8
One bedroom housekeeing cabins with either two single beds, or a queen size bed, full kitchen and bathroom. #8 also has a gas fireplace.

Cabin #9
Deluxe three bedroom housekeeing cabin, overlooking the lake, with one double and four single beds, full kitchen and bathroom. Large deck with gas BBQ.

Cabin #10
Deluxe two bedroom housekeeing cabin, overlooking the lake, with two double beds and two single beds, full kitchen and bathroom. Large deck with gas BBQ.

Suite EFG + H
2500 sq/ft suite located inside our main lodge, three bedrooms with available adjoing room . With a total of five double and two single beds, full kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Woodburning fireplace, satellite TV/VCR, large 20x30 ft deck with deluxe gas BBQ.
