Beach House Floor Plan Description

This beautiful, bright and spacious end unit offers over 2200 sq. ft. of living space, along with 7 walkouts.
The first floor offers,
kitchen, living room with pull out couch, dining room (with seating for 10 at the table plus 3 breakfast bar stools) laundry and powder room. 2 walk outs from the living room and dining room.

Additional Rate Information

Rates are based on a 2 night minimum.

Mid Week Special--3 night mid week at $1800 per night+hst

Requirements:
--$1000 deposit upon signing of contract, in order to secure and confirm preferred dates. Deposit is refundable pending damage and inventory assesment.

--60 days prior to check in, 50% of the rental is due.
--30 days prior to check in, the remaining 50% is due.

--Rental fees are subject to HST.

--If booking under the listed timelines, full payment is due plus deposit.

Off season rates also available. We can accommodate families/groups from 10 to 45 people within 3 beach houses.

House Rules

Contract signature and $1000 deposit necessary upon booking. Photocopy of drivers license required for (for 5 guests along with employment info).

Deposit is fully refunded one week after departure, pending inventory and damage assessment.

50% of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check in.
If booking is within the 30 days, full payment will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Once contracted, deposit of $1000 is required and secured.
