Neighick Lake is located 45 minutes north-west of Huntsville and 45 minutes east of Parry Sound and a 2.5 hour drive north of Toronto. The cottage is located in the Beautiful Almagmin Highlands, on the Ahmic Lake system (boat for 40 miles).

The cottage is located 30 feet from the water’s edge on a ¾ acre lot with 175 feet of very private South-west exposure shoreline, providing beautiful sunsets. There is a large furnished deck and dock at the water’s edge to accommodate swimming (no weeds) and sunbathing for all.

The lake has 17 kilometers of shoreline and joins Ahmic Lake (70 kilometers of shoreline), Lake Cecebe (32 kilometers of shoreline) and Crawford Lake (7 kilometers of shoreline) all of which have numerous bays, coves and islands. Fishing includes pike, pickerel, bass, perch and catfish. Golfing is available at several nearby courses including the renowned "Ridge at Manitou".

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, water cooler, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. The living room is spacious and equipped with a 32” LCD T.V, Satellite, DVD, radio with C.D. player.

There is a gas bar-b-que located off the kitchen/dining room on the rear deck. Propane, campfire wood and bottled drinking water are provided. The dock is also brand new. It is 30 feet long and will accomodate most any size of boat.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

The cottage shoreline is mostly rocky with no sand beach. The water is 6 feet deep at the end of the dock and is completely weed free making it great for swimming. The use of a peddle boat, 2 canoes, 2 kayaks and a aluminum fishing boat along with badminton, horseshoes, and a fire pit are included.
