The main house is the year-round home of the owner, and the boathouse has complete privacy. There is a look-out on the property with a wide panorama looking eastward over the lake. Water is very clear, both shallow and deep, with hard sand bottom by the shore, and a large dock.

Boathouse Quarters: above the slip. Stairs lead from ground to upper unit. LR - tongue & groove pine walls, windows across the front and sides for a lake view, door to front deck, electric fireplace, Scandinavian style sofa, table seats 4-6. DVD player, and most computers will have access to broadband service. There is a BBQ on the deck.
Kitchen: renovated stove & fridge, microwave, well equipped, compact, window has a lake view.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Lot is well treed with typical Muskoka rock and some flower gardens. The boathouse has its own parking area and is off to the side from the main house. Boathouse is private from the owner.

The dock is for use by renters for swimming and boating, water 7 ft deep, and a diving board. A canoe is also provided. Water is shallow between the boathouse and dock. There is a large flat rock with a sitting area and a firepit, private from the main house, where the water is about 2 ft.
