If you are looking for a wonderful relaxing cottage to get away to this summer, this is it! We are located 25 mins from Bobcaygeon and 20 mins from Buckhorn on a wonderful private lake that is large enough to explore, ski and tube on, but small enough to enjoy by canoe or paddleboat. Whether you enjoy fishing, canoeing, swimming or just floating peacefully on a raft, we offer a true cottage experience for you and the kids. We are located on a point with a private sand beach, a great fire pit for sitting around after dinner... roasting marshmallows and star gazing. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and is ideally suited for a couple/s and or small families. Being that we are a private lake, you can expect rest and relaxation so if you are looking for a party lake... this really isn't it! We have a large screen tv and movies for kids of all ages and the place comes with all the necessary modern amenities. The large deck overlooking the lake is great for your morning coffee/tea, meals, games, and the semi-shade provides a wonderful vista of the lake, sunset or just curling with a book.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

We are perfectly situated on the lake to enjoy the action happening on the lake and being on the point we have safe swimming access from a sandy beach. You have access to an aluminum boat... great for fishing or to enjoy a cruise around the lake. The fishing is great on this lake so make sure to bring your gear. We have a great path system nearby that is used by snowmobiles in the winter and mountain bikers and ATVer's in the summer. There are great roads if you are a motorcycle enthusiast, being an easy ride to Haliburton, Peterborough and many other locations. All amenities are within a 20 minute drive.

Additional Rate Information

The Summer rate is $1950.00 per week. We collect a refundable Security deposit of $500 at the time of booking and provided there is no damage or late cancellation this is returned the week after your stay. Property must be left in the same condition as found in otherwise there is a $250 cleaning fee applied.

Note: Cancellation Policy - We charge $500 cancellation fee for any bookings canceled less than 6 weeks from expected stay, however we do our best to re-book and if this is accomplished for same duration the cancellation fee will be waived.

There is a strict No-Smoking In-doors policy and if this is not adhered to you will forfeit the full Security Deposit
