A waterfront four seasons cottage located midway from Montreal & Tremblant on Lake Pauzé.
If you are looking for a cottage to get away from it all by a quite and small lake where outdoor motors are not allowed, our cottage will certainly delight you.
The cottage is located on a private 1.25 acres surrounded by mature trees and many perennials. No cottage in front, only a beautiful island to admire!. A newly renovated kitchen for those who like to cook, an open concept living-room and dining-room with a french style fireplace, large windows so that you may enjoy the view,a big dock by the lake. Also a deck facing the water (no stairs to access) so that you may admire the scenery without having to be right by the water. One exterior fireplace.

Nous vous offrons un chalet riverain quatre saisons situé à mi-chemin entre Montréal et Mont-Tremblant, à 20 minutes de St-Donat, au bord du Lac Pauzé.
Si vous recherchez un endroit pour vous évader au bord d'un petit lac paisible ou les moteurs son interdis, notre chalet vous comblera sans aucun doute.
Le chalet est situé sur un terrain privé de 1.25 acres de terre entouré d'arbres matures et de vivaces. Il n’y a pas de chalet qui lui font face, juste une île. Une cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner, un concept ouvert avec salon, salle à manger et un foyer français avec une époustouflante vue sur le lac. Un grand quai et aussi un balcon (sans escalier pour y accéder) faisant face à l'eau vous permettant d'admirer le coup d'oeil sans pour autant être au bord de l'eau. Il y a aussi un foyer extérieur

Additional Rate Information

Rates include electricity, heating, satellite TV, together with the normal cleaning after your leave.
Rates for 6 persons.

Security deposit of 300$CAN is needed on arrival.

HOUSE RULES
The landlord is not responsible for temporary interruptions of electricity, water, cable or satellite TV service.

Cancellation Policy

Politique d’annulation
(1) Au cas où la Propriété serait endommagée avant la Période de location, ce contrat sera nul et sans effet et tout versement fait à l’Agent/Propriétaire sera retourné au locataire.
(2) Au cas où le locataire informerait l’Agent/Propriétaire qu’il/elle veut annuler le contrat, 30 jours ou moins avant la Date d’arrivée, 50 % de la valeur de la location déjà payée au propriétaire sera retenue si l’Agent/Propriétaire ne réussit pas à louer la Propriété à la dernière minute.

(1)In the event the Property is damaged materially prior to the Rental Period, this Agreement shall be null and void and all payments received by the Agent/Owner hereunder shall be returned to the Renter.
(2) In the event the Renter advises the Agent/Owner that he or she wishes to cancel this Agreement, thirty (30) or less days prior to the Arrival Date, the 50% deposit will be charged to the Renter unless otherwise able to be rent at the last moment
