The living room boasts a 40" flat panel HD TV, a DVD player, a stereo system with CD player and blue tooth capability, and a Nintendo GameCube complete with a selection of games. The cottage has been recently renovated, so everything is new. Have a BBQ in the back, overlooking the lake, and then enjoy your meal at the outdoor table.

This direct lakefront cottage is located on a quiet, dead end street in a neighbourhood of year round homes and cottages. The yard boasts a cedar hedge on both sides to ensure your privacy. Dock available if you'd like to bring your own boat, canoe, kayak, Seadoo, or if you would like to rent one in the area.

The Area

Located on the South-Eastern shores of Lake Simcoe, at the top of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), in northern York Region. The Town is graced with lakeside living, wide open spaces, and scattered sandy beaches.

Georgina offers a number of year-round activities in a variety of recreational facilities including our many impressive public parks, beaches, forested areas, conservation areas, the Morning Glory Provincial Nature Reserve (Formerly known as Duclos Point Nature Reserve), Sibbald Point Provincial Park, Keswick Marsh Fish and Bird Sanctuary, museums, craft and music festivals, and the Stephen Leacock Theatre.

The Town of Georgina is probably better known through some of its individual community names including Keswick, Jackson's Point, Pefferlaw, Port Bolster, Sutton, and Udora.

Georgina is a recreational playground and the province's original "Cottage Country".

No Pets Allowed.

Confirmation - If booking more than 4 weeks prior to stay, 50% of the rental fee is required to confirm. Balance and damage deposit due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit Required - $250 for weekend rentals, $500 for weekly rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Administration fee of $75 charged for all cancellations. If cottage can be rebooked, remainder of deposit refunded.
