Used to be a summer cottage for a family of 4. Very nice open cozy cottage with two bedrooms. One master bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (bunkbed). New gas fireplace. A beautiful private back deck, with a BBQ. Just added this year huge front deck. Allows for you to catch a full day of sun on the deck. Fully furnished.

I live right down the road, so will be right there if you have any questions or problems. I have some more pictures for those who are interested, if you would like. Email for more information. Also, have a 3 and 4 bedroom cottage.

Waterfront: However, Covehead bay is a 2 minute walk away and the beach is a 2 minute drive.

Smoking: No. Can just step out on the back deck.

Equipments:

There is a fireplace, washer, dryer, all the kitchen basics. Very private back deck. Everything you would expect in a cottage. In the master bedroom there is a queen bed, and in the other room a double/single bunkbed, with the double on the bottom. Also, a Bell Express VU Satelitle Dish with over 100 channels. Xbox hooked up with games provided. Hammock on the back deck and a fire pit in the backyard. Clothes line off the back deck as well. Only five minutes to a number of beaches, and within a driver of the number one tee at the Stanhope Golf Course & Country Club, rated as one of the top 100 public golf courses in Canada.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Located across the street from the beautiful par 72 Stanhope Golf & Country Club, within 40 minutes of a dozen world class golf courses. It is also 5 minutes to the beach, with over 6 to choose from. From Brackley all the way to Dalvey, with Cavendish only 20 mintues away. My cottage is a perfect summer getaway for a small family, or even a few friends who are looking to get away and relax.
