Location is in a small town about 5 min drive from cottage. Omemee has chinese restaurants, pizza takeout, Lcbo, and a Foodland. Omemee is about a 20 min drive from the city of Peterbrough with lots of attractions including a zoo, and kids water park.

Anyone interested in the Pontoon boat must contact owner for further detail. Pontoon boat may or may not be available. Drivers must have their boat licence and have experience operating a boat.
$150 security deposit is required.
House Rules
Cleaning fee will be applied if cottage is left messy. Clients must make sure everything is in its place in order to waive the $100.00 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must inform owner 30 days before cancelling.
Deposit is non refundable.

Awesome Place!
We rented this place over christmas, a great way for family to get together. We drove from Calgary with our dogs and there was tons of room for them. No issues at all with the cottage, hoping that we can rent it in the summer sometime because the location is great!
Cottage Feel
I have been renting out this cottage year after year for the last 5 years. It has the perfect "cottage feel" to it and it is very spacious. The cottage has a dock and is located right on the waterfront. The lake is perfect for fishing with a great variety of fish (lots of big mouth bass). There is a fire pit that we would use every night. If your looking for a great cottage to rent, this is the perfect one. I look forward to going back again next year!
