Individual Unit Description

Hummingbird Room
This elegant, romantic room features a King-sized brass bed, comfortable arm chair, charming antique furnishings and two large windows overlooking a stand of evergreens, maple and birch and give a lovely view of the lake. The luxurious bathroom has a huge white double whirlpool bath with a hand-held shower.

Sparrow Room
This large elegant room features a Queen-size bed with an antique Canadian oak headboard, overstuffed armchair, antique desk and a large bay window looking over the sandy beach and bay to the lake. Spacious three piece bathroom with shower.

Sandpiper Room
This charming room features a Queen-size bed, comfortable wing back chair, cottage pine furnishings and two large windows with an expansive panorama of the manicured grounds, and bay to the lake. Spacious three piece bathroom with shower.

Chickadee Room
This spacious room features two Queen-size beds, perfect for a family or a getaway weekend with friends. Two large windows offer a lovely view of the grounds, gardens and the sparkling waters of the bay. Spacious three piece bathroom with shower.

Meadowlark Room
This cheerful room features a Queen-size bed with an oak Mission-style headboard, comfortable armchair, and two large windows overlooking a bank of colourful shrubs and trees, a perennial garden and the quiet bay. The large three piece bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Cardinal Room

House Rules

Arrival/Departure:
Check in time is between 4:00 & 7:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside that time so we can make necessary arrangements.

Deposits:
In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit in the amount equal to 50% room and tax for the reservations total value will be taken for all reservations of two or more total nights. For one night reservations, a deposit equal to 100% room and tax will be taken. Deposits may or may not be refundable if canceled, according to our cancellation policy. When you check in to the hotel, we will authorize an appropriate amount to your provided credit card to cover the cost of the remainder of the room charge and any expected incidental costs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/No Shows
Due to our intimate size, cancellations impact us greatly. Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival for all reservations. Should the reservation be canceled prior to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit of 50% or 100% room and tax will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Should cancellation occur within 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% room and tax (100% for one night stays) will be assessed and the deposit becomes non-refundable.
