House Rules

Please be advised that the deposit that appears for payment, does NOT include 13% tax. The tax will be added to your balance, and is due upon arrival.
* May long weekend prices vary from regular weekend prices. For unit 5, the price for the May long weekend (Friday, May 17 - Monday, May 20) is $715.00 plus 13% tax. Therefore, 50% of the deposit will not be paid before arrival. The remaining balance is due when you arrive. *
Additionally, there is a $50.00 surcharge that applies for one night rentals (this will also be added to your remaining balance and can be paid upon arrival).
