This cottage is available to rent from Saturday - Saturday. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Star choice satalite TV is provided for your stay.

Bedding, pillows and towels are not included, if bedding is needed it is available at a charge of $10.00 per person, advance notice required.

Pots, pans, dishes and utensils are included. 3 piece bathroom is located inside the cottage. A firepit and picnic table are located outside the cottages. Only a short walk from the beach.

Off season daily rates 163.00 Minimum 2 day rental.

Off season weekly rates - 600.00.

May 24 weekend - May 18 - 21 - 750.00 - 3 day rental.

Thanksgiving weekend - Oct 5 - 8 - 750.00 - 3 day rental.

House Rules

Please be advised that the deposit that appears for payment, does NOT include 13% tax. The tax will be added to your balance, and is due upon arrival.
* May long weekend prices vary from regular weekend prices. For unit 7, the price for the May long weekend (Friday, May 17 - Monday, May 20) is $750.00 plus 13% tax. Therefore, 50% of the deposit will not be paid before arrival. The remaining balance is due when you arrive. *
Additionally, there is a $50.00 surcharge that applies for one night rentals (this will also be added to your remaining balance and can be paid upon arrival).
