The Boathouse & Beech Cabana
The spectacular boathouse is the focal point of your amazing waterfront property along the shores of beautiful Lake of Bays. Relax indoors by the fireplace and marvel at the view from the open lounge area, enjoy a refreshment or sun tan on the deck and catch a friendly wave from a passing boater.

The Clubhouse
When you and your guests want to mingle with The Landscapes’ community, come to the central Clubhouse and relax. There’s a big-screen TV for your enjoyment and even a billiards table for impromptu competitions. Relax in the comfortable games area and enjoy a game of cards, checkers, chess or scrabble with your family and friends. Take the open stairway to the Library Loft and enjoy a good book, an interesting magazine article or the newspaper.

The Spa & Fitness Centre
You'll be able to relax in our natural looking heated outdoor pool and socialize in the outdoor hot tub year-round. Afterwards laze on one of two rooftop patios or around the pool or two-sided outdoor fireplace and enjoy all the fresh air that Muskoka has to offer. The fitness room will include free weights and cardio equipment. Try a treadmill and enjoy a natural form of exercise recommended for all people or put a few kilometres on an exercise bike. Pamper yourself and spend some time enjoying the soothing warmth of the dry sauna.

The Welcome Centre
Your cottage or villa residence has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. The Welcome Centre will house a computer area if someone needs to check E-Mail, print a report or send a fax. The Welcome Centre will include a Games Room where you can enjoy a game of pool or shuffleboard and the younger group can enjoy the electronic games. You'll be able to visit the upstairs Theatre Room and experience the visual wonder of watching your favourite movie on a screen that is measured in feet rather than inches. There is a multi-channel sound system with acoustically matched speakers.
